Frank Nagler is not a theorist. He is a practitioner — one who has spent nearly five decades at the intersection of hypnosis, performance psychology, and real-world business results.
Before he was The Hypnotist, Frank built a distinguished career in real estate. Over 27 years in management and sales, he developed the kind of deep, hard-won understanding of human motivation, persuasion, and performance that no classroom can teach. In January 1990, that expertise was recognized at the Re/Max International Awards Ceremonies in Tampa Bay, Florida, where Dave Liniger — co-founder of Re/Max International — personally presented Frank with the Re/Max 100% Club Award.
That same drive to unlock human potential led Frank to the stage as a motivational speaker, earning an honorary Certificate of Appreciation from The New Enterprise Store for his work inspiring students in the entrepreneurship program.
Today, Frank brings that full breadth of experience — hypnosis credentials, sales mastery, leadership insight, and the perspective of someone who has actually built things — to every engagement. He is also the Founder and Teacher of Maximum Success Academy, an online Personal and Professional Leadership platform dedicated to helping people achieve their fullest potential.

Frank is known to many as JamaicaFrankie — a name earned, not given. He owns a two-and-a-half acre Coconut Estate and shop near Negril in Westmoreland, Jamaica, a testament to a life lived in full pursuit of every vision he has set for himself.
Known as The Lion King, Frank carries his identity with conviction — including a tiger tattoo on his chest, a symbol of the power, focus, and fearlessness he brings to everything he does.
This is not background colour. It is the lived proof of the method. Frank does not teach peak performance from a textbook. He teaches it from a life that has consistently turned vision into reality — in business, in real estate, in hypnosis, and in the sun-drenched hills of Jamaica.
